Seminar 3 - The Modern Mind

This seminar was about mental health and the neuroscience of stress, exploring how modern cultural habits impact our psychological well-being. We covered what chronic stress does to the brain biologically , the clear distinctions between general stress, anxiety, burnout, and clinical conditions , and how modern traps like toxic productivity and social media dopamine loops exhaust our nervous system. Finally, we discussed evidence-based strategic resilience tools , including cognitive strategies like emotional decatastrophizing and the crucial roles that sleep hygiene, movement, and authentic human connection play in recovery.

Seminar 4 - The Architecture of Persuasion

This seminar was about the science of communication, influence, and high-stakes public speaking. We covered the neurobiology of attention, the Rhetorical Triangle (Ethos, Logos, Pathos), and how to structure complex information using narrative arcs rather than overwhelming data dumps. Finally, we explored actionable somatic strategies—including vocal command, body language, and pacing—to manage performance anxiety and command any room with confidence.
